How is this different from a single session?
A single session fixes one specific problem. System Setup takes a whole system — ProPresenter, livestream, or the X32 — from start to finish. It’s scoped to an outcome ("our ProPresenter is fully set up"), not a clock.
How long does it take?
We block off a focused 3-hour working window to start. Most systems get done in that block; if yours needs a second sitting, we schedule it and finish — at no extra charge.
Which systems can you set up?
Pick one: ProPresenter (looks, workflow, multi-screen), your livestream chain (ATEM/encoder/destinations), or your Behringer X32 / Midas M32. Not sure which is the bottleneck? Tell me in the goals box and I’ll help you choose.
What if it’s not the right fit?
If it turns out a single session is all you need, we’ll do that instead and only charge for that. The goal is your system working — not selling you the biggest tier.
