Privacy Policy

Crazy Amazing Designs is run by Nathan Robb. We keep this simple and honest: here's what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions any time: nathan@crazyamazingdesigns.com.

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email, church name, and phone number when you book a session, buy a product, subscribe to emails, RSVP to a gathering, or create an account. Booking forms also ask what you'd like help with, so Nathan walks in prepared.
• Payment — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers; we keep only order records (what you bought, when, and the amount).
• Chat with Handi — conversations with our AI assistant are logged (including anything you choose to share, like your email) so we can improve answers and follow up when you ask us to. Nathan can personally read and join these chats. Handi is powered by Anthropic's Claude.
• Training sessions — Zoom sessions may be recorded and transcribed. Transcripts are stored with your customer record so future sessions build on what we've already covered. If you'd rather not be recorded, say so at the start of a session.
• Email activity — deliveries, bounces, and unsubscribes, via our email provider (Resend), so we stop emailing addresses that bounce or opt out.
• Analytics & advertising — Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session replays on public pages only — never on account or checkout data entry handled by Stripe), Google Ads conversion tracking (including the gclid click id when you arrive from a Google ad), Vercel Analytics, and our own first-party page-view counts (page path, referring site, and any campaign tags on the link you clicked — no IP address stored). These load by default, as is common for US-based sites; most browsers and extensions can block them and the site works fine.
• How you found us — a first-party cookie (cad_attr, 90 days) remembers the link that first brought you here (for example, a YouTube video or an ad), so if you later book or buy we know which content to make more of. It contains no personal information and identifies a browser, not a person. Our short links (crazyamazingdesigns.com/go/…) count clicks the same way — link, time, and referring site; never your IP address.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought — downloads, booking confirmations, Zoom links, reminders, and receipts (these transactional emails are sent to every customer).
• To send marketing email only if you opted in — every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe, and a preference center lets you pick topics instead of leaving entirely.
• To make training effective — session notes and transcripts mean Nathan doesn't start from zero each time.
• To understand what's working — page analytics and ad conversion measurement.

We never sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers that run this site: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Google (analytics, ads, Workspace email, encrypted backups), Microsoft (Clarity), Zoom (sessions), Anthropic (the Handi AI), Notion and Telegram (Nathan's internal tools).

How long we keep it

Customer records are kept while you're a customer so your history is there when you come back. If you ask us to delete your profile, it's purged from our systems within about 30 days. Weekly encrypted backups exist for disaster recovery.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or the preference center it takes you to. Honored immediately, across everything we send.
• Access or delete your data — email nathan@crazyamazingdesigns.com and we'll send you what we have or delete it.
• Recording — tell Nathan at the start of any session and it won't be recorded.

The boring-but-important bits

This site is intended for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We serve a US audience; if you're visiting from elsewhere, the practices above still apply. If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Related: Terms of Service · Refund Policy.
