On-Site Flagship
$14,997 + travel at cost + $245/month after
The complete in-person transformation — start to finish, two Sundays.
- → I fly in and stay a full week — Saturday through the second Sunday
- → I observe your first Sunday, we rebuild everything through the week, and then I’m standing right there the second Sunday helping you run it live
- → We don’t just build the system — we prove it together, in person, on a real Sunday
- → Maximum hands-on volunteer, team-lead, and staff training
- → The most complete handoff I offer
No big payment up front. When we lock your dates, a deposit holds the week and covers travel — the balance is due once the work is done.
All three include the Reliability Guarantee and continue into the partnership below. For the on-site formats, travel — flights, lodging, and on-the-ground expenses — is billed separately at cost. I don't mark it up or charge for travel time; it's handled the same way churches cover a guest speaker or worship leader.
