By using crazyamazingdesigns.com, buying our products, or booking our services, you agree to these terms. They're written to be read.

What we offer

• Digital products — templates, show files, and tools delivered by download link (links are signed and expire; you can always request a fresh one from your account or by email).
• Training & consulting — booked sessions over Zoom and larger engagements (like The Sunday System) scoped person-to-person. Custom work (stage design, custom show files) is delivered per the description on its product or proposal.
• ShowBuilder — the subscription web app at showbuilder.crazyamazingdesigns.com, which shares your account and these terms.

Licenses — what you may do with downloads

Digital products are licensed for use by you and your church or organization. Use them on as many of your own systems as you like. Don't resell, redistribute, or share them outside your organization — every sale genuinely supports this small business.

Payments, bookings & cancellations

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Larger engagements may be invoiced and paid by check, as agreed in writing.
• Booked sessions hold a real slot on Nathan's calendar. Need to move one? Reply to your confirmation email as early as you can — we're flexible with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy (short version: 14 days, no questions, on digital products).

Accounts

Account records (your purchases, session history, saved ShowBuilder projects) are yours to access. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity under your login. We may close accounts that abuse the service, scrape it, or attempt to break it.

Advice & results

Training and content reflect real experience and are provided in good faith — but every church's system is different. You're responsible for how you apply what you learn, including electrical, rigging, and safety decisions at your venue. The site and its content are provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the product or service in question.

Content & AI

Site content (articles, videos, product files) belongs to Crazy Amazing Designs. Handi, our AI assistant, works hard to be accurate but can make mistakes — prices, availability, and bookings are always confirmed by our systems, not by the chat text. Anything unusual, just email us.

Housekeeping
