What’s included
A complete production transformation, in detail.
A complete, dialed-in production system — your gear configured for reliability, every volunteer position defined and trained, and the procedures in place so your team can run an excellent service without needing an industry expert on staff.
This isn't fixing one problem at a time. It's building the whole system right, once, so Sunday morning just works. Every church is different — the work below adapts to the systems you actually have, and to whether we work together online or in person.
System Audit & Roadmap
First, we figure out exactly where you stand.
- → A complete walkthrough of every production system you have — audio, video, presentation, lighting, streaming, and network.
- → A clear, honest assessment of what’s working, what’s unreliable, and what’s quietly costing you on Sunday morning.
- → Equipment guidance you can trust — what’s solid and worth keeping, and what (if anything) is holding you back. Including the times you don’t need to spend a dime.
- → A written roadmap laying out exactly what we’ll fix, in priority order, so you can see the whole plan before we start.
- → On-site I observe a full, live Sunday service first — which shows me things no description ever could.
System Configuration
Then we dial in your gear so it’s reliable and repeatable.
- → Your audio console (X32 / M32) routed, labeled, and configured for clean, repeatable mixes.
- → ProPresenter set up properly — templates, song arrangements, and a workflow your team can actually follow.
- → Your switching, streaming, and lighting systems configured for the way you really run services.
- → Signal flow verified end to end, so you know it works before Sunday — not during.
- → Saved states and backups, so any system can be recalled or restored if a setting gets changed.
Volunteer Positions & Standard Operating Procedures
Every position defined, so no one’s left guessing.
- → Every Sunday-morning position clearly defined — what it is, and exactly what that person is responsible for.
- → A written Standard Operating Procedure for each position, so anyone can step in and know what to do.
- → Startup procedures — the exact, step-by-step sequence to power on and prep every system before service.
- → Shutdown procedures to protect your gear and leave everything ready for next week.
- → A troubleshooting quick-reference for the most common “what do I do when…” moments.
Team Training
Your volunteers trained until they can run it without you.
- → Hands-on ProPresenter training for your presentation team.
- → Hands-on audio training for your sound team on your X32 / M32.
- → Training for the volunteers who run your switching and streaming.
- → Delivered live and recorded where possible, so future volunteers can be trained the same way.
- → On-site Training happens in your booth, on your gear, with your whole team — including dedicated team-lead and staff training that’s hard to replicate over Zoom.
Scheduling with Planning Center
Your team, organized and scheduled.
- → Planning Center Services set up for your church.
- → Your teams and positions built in, ready to schedule.
- → A scheduling workflow so volunteers know when they’re serving — and you’re not chasing people every week.
- → Service plan templates so building a Sunday is fast and consistent.
Handoff & Verification
We prove it works before we call it done.
- → A live service or full rehearsal run on the new systems and procedures.
- → Confirmation that each position can confidently execute their SOP on their own.
- → All your documentation handed over — SOPs, startup/shutdown procedures, configs, and quick-references — organized and yours to keep.
- → On-site Flagship I stay through your second Sunday and help you run it live — so we don’t just build the system, we prove it together, in person, on a real Sunday.
The reliability guarantee
If the systems we build don't make your Sunday more reliable, I'm on call to fix them.
You're not buying a one-time visit and a handshake — you're getting a partner who stands behind the result.
