Refund Policy

Digital products — 14 days, no questions
If a template or tool isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. We'd rather have you happy than hold onto your money.

Same deal on ShowBuilder purchases and new subscriptions: not for you within the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund it.
Training sessions
Sessions are handled case-by-case — life happens, and we're reasonable. Need to reschedule? Reply to your confirmation email with as much notice as you can and we'll move it, free. If a session genuinely didn't deliver, tell us and we'll make it right.
Larger engagements
The Sunday System and custom work (stage design, custom show files) are scoped person-to-person, and refund terms are part of each written proposal.
How to ask
Email nathan@crazyamazingdesigns.com with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
