Refund Policy

Templates & downloads — 14 days, no questions
If a template isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you, no questions asked. We'd rather have you happy than hold onto your money. (Mac apps like Media Processor are covered separately below.)

Mac apps — we stand behind them
Media Processor is software we built for our own weekly workflow and use every single Sunday — we know it works. If something isn't behaving right on your Mac, email Nathan and we'll get it sorted; support is the fix for almost everything. And if your situation is genuinely unusual, reach out — we're reasonable people and we'll treat you fairly.
Training sessions
Sessions are handled case-by-case — life happens, and we're reasonable. Need to reschedule? Reply to your confirmation email with as much notice as you can and we'll move it, free. If a session genuinely didn't deliver, tell us and we'll make it right.
Larger engagements
The Sunday System and custom work (stage design, custom show files) are scoped person-to-person, and refund terms are part of each written proposal.
How to ask
Email nathan@crazyamazingdesigns.com with the email address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
