Ships from Ohio · Mac control app + setup support included

A complete LED stick lighting kit, designed and supported by Crazy Amazing Designs. Six 6.6-foot sticks, six matching bases, all the power infrastructure you need, and a Mac control app that turns it into a real stage rig in minutes.

Built for churches and live events that want a clean, modern stage look without the rental cost or the rigging weight of traditional moving lights.

What’s included

  • 6 × 6.6ft LED sticks
  • 6 × bases
  • 1 × Power supply
  • Mac control app
  • Setup guide + direct support from Crazy Amazing Designs

What’s NOT included — power cables

You’ll need to bring your own XT60 power cables and Y splitters to get from the supply out to the sticks. We don’t ship cables in the kit because the right lengths depend entirely on your stage layout — there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. The cable guide below tells you exactly what to buy.

What it’s good for

  • Stage backdrops for worship, conferences, and live events
  • Low-profile floor lighting that volunteers can place and angle quickly
  • Christmas and Easter scenic builds (pairs nicely with our LED Christmas Tree Controller)
  • Pop-up or touring rigs where weight and setup time matter

Setup time

About 15 minutes from “out of the box” to “running color cues” the first time. Once your bases are placed and your power chain is run, swapping looks is a single click in the Mac app.

Cable guide — read this before you buy

Each LED Stick System kit needs XT60 power cables and Y splitters sized to your stage. We list the exact specs and limits below — match this to your room layout before you order cables from your supplier of choice. Wire gauge matters: use 10 AWG silicone XT60 cable for everything in the chain.

Single chain — one supply feeding sticks in series

  • Supply → first stick: 6 ft maximum power-cable length
  • Stick → stick: 10 ft maximum each
  • Total chain reach: about 56 ft from the supply

For a 6-stick chain off one supply:

  • Supply → first stick: 3 ft or 6 ft
  • Between sticks: 3 ft, 6 ft, or 10 ft (pick what fits your stage spacing)
  • Each power supply has two XT60 connectors, so you can run 3 × 2m sticks on each side and split the chain in half

Hard limits — do not exceed

  • Max 8 sticks per supply
  • Max 6 ft from supply to first stick (or first Y splitter)
  • If you need longer runs than these specs allow, add a second power supply rather than extending cable lengths

Why these limits exist

Voltage drop on long runs causes color shift and dim pixels at the far end of the chain. The numbers above are tested limits for clean color across the whole rig — push past them and the back half of your chain starts to look noticeably warmer and dimmer than the front. If your install needs more reach, add an extra power supply in the configurator above; place it closer to the far sticks rather than running a single supply harder.

Support

Every kit ships with a written setup guide. If you hit anything weird, email Nathan directly — every customer gets real human support, not a ticket queue.
