Compatible with ProPresenter 7 v17 and Beyond! The ProPresenter Template includes Pre-Built Playlists that show examples of Presentations showing off the Macros, Looks, Props, that are included in the template. This Playlist contains Headers, Songs, Sermon Notes. Each piece will help you learn more about ProPresenter. Each song, Announcement Presentation etc includes the Looks, Macros, Themes, to make everything work correctly.
Installation happens in your computers Documents Folder with just a few clicks. Then once you open ProPresenter you will instantly be ready to present with ProPresenter in front of an audience. Assuming you own a license, and that ProPresenter has been activated. I’ve also included instructions for you to copy your personal library over to the new template.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you download the Template folder, Extract the file (ProPresenter Template 7/30/25) and rename it to “ProPresenter”. Now go to your Documents Folder Mac or PC, and rename the existing “ProPresenter” folder to “ProPresenter_OLD” (DO NOT DELETE) this file contains your content, but we are replacing it with the new template folder. Now drag the “ProPresenter” folder to Documents, then go ahead and load ProPresenter where you will now see all the Pre-Built Looks, Macros, some Content, Songs etc.
To transfer as much of your old content to the new Template as possible,
Inside of ProPresenter_OLD-> "Configuration" copy the "CCLI", and "Messages" files from that folder to the Documents-> ProPresenter-> "Configuration" folder.
Next go into the ProPresenter_OLD -> "Libraries" Folder and copy any folders from this folder into the Documents-> ProPresenter-> "Libraries" folder.
Next go into the ProPresenter_OLD -> "Playlists" folder and copy the "Audio" folder into the Documents-> ProPresenter-> "Playlists" folder.
Next go into the ProPresenter_OLD -> "Themes" folder and copy any folders you find into the Documents-> ProPresenter-> "Themes" folder.
All files can replace whatever currently existing files that are in the "ProPresenter" folder that have the same name. All specified files in this step are being copied from the Documents-> "ProPresenter_OLD" file to the Documents-> "ProPresenter" folder.
